Positive: Location
Negative: Basic toiletries and a cold bottle of water to welcome guests aren't much to ask for with the prices charged for the apartment. It was more like staying in a hostel 😕

Negative: Host could make more of an effort to make guests comfortable by providing better quality pillows and more than just two and to provide toiletries. A small investment would go a long way in making guests happy.
