Great apartment in a very convenient area Positive: Walking distance from everywhere in central Zurich. Five supermarkets in the immediate area( 2 minutes walking). Lovely area very close to the Opera . Full of shops and cafes Two minute walk to the lake. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. P.S Hello Dimi! we are missing an overcoat. Did we forget it in the apartment? Negative: Pillows need replacing. More than pillows they seem to be a collection of stuffing for cushions. Mattresses are made of foam so people with back problems will not enjoy them. Not firm at all. Take you own toiletries and coffee capsules ( Nespresso) and washing machine capsules. They are not provided.

Ein Wohlfühl-zu-Hause mitten in Zürich Positive: Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Größe der Wohnung war super, da jeder ein Zimmer für sich hatte. Die Betten waren Boxspringbetten in den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten (nach hinten raus ruhig gelegen). In dem kleineren (Kinder?)Zimmer, zur Seefeld-Straße, war ein einfaches normal breites Bett mit einer sehr angenehmen normalen Matratze (wenn man es nicht so weich mag, perfekt). Im 5. Stock mit Aufzug gelegen. Die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Türe. Oper in fußläufiger Entfernung. Auf Nachfrage war ein späteres Auschecken möglich, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Negative: Für uns Deutsche war der Preis schon sehr hoch, aber anscheinend normal für Zürich. Kein Parkplatz, aber wir parkten im Parkhaus Zürichhorn für 25,00 €/ 24h, das eine gute Anbindung mit der Straßenbahn hatte.

Warm n comfy great location in Zurich! Positive: Location was excellent, spacious apartment, washer and dryer is good and clean and easy to use, mattress was comfortable, linen was well too. Kitchen function well, both oven, microwave, and induction stove - and well equipped kitchen for full cooking, fridge is clean no smell. Spacious bathroom and pretty new. Overall very nice and comfy stay for family or group,. Dimi response timely.to request and complaint, thank you. Negative: Bathtub shower screen not practical enuff as is most EU shower, water still splash to floor and dry area, making it rather messy and therefore have to shower with care as not to wet the place. Shower room no ventilation fan, and not possible to open the window as you will then be having open shower where people can see you 😅😂 Would be great if toiletries provided cause sometimes you might be checking in late and unable to buy them for the day 😅

Positive: Location was good, property was clean, and host was responsive Negative: That essential amenities were not provided apart from small hand soap (no shampoo, body wash, and not enough toilet paper for our family of four).
