Positive: Excellent location. Very clean. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures.
Negative: For the price, I'd expect toiletteries to be included. We arrived earlier than check in time, and there wasn't any place to store the luggage. That meant we had to pay 30 CHF extra for that (i.e. The cost of the place is higher than you're booking for).

Wij hadden hoge verwachtingen die wij achteraf niet hadden moeten hebben
Positive: Het was schoon
Negative: Dat er niet van tevoren werd gecommuniceerd dat er werkzaamheden in het gebouw bezig waren waardoor wij bijna elke dag geluidsoverlast hadden. Ook hebben wij twee dagen zonder warm water gezeten

Positive: Tolle Lage zu City, ETH und Bahnhof, kurze Wege zur Tram, sehr gute Kommunikation, alles bestens. Komme gerne wieder.
