Positive: Fantastic location near the lake (5-10 minute walk). Tram station and grocery shop just across the street.
Large apartment, plenty of space and even a balcony for a nice morning coffee.
Excellent communication by the owner.
We loved our few days there and hope to come again.

Negative: The apartment is old. The fan makes large noise.

Negative: Ruidoso, al lado de una calle con mucho tráfico. Caluroso en verano al no haber aire acondicionado. Equipamiento escaso en la cocina. Precio caro teniendo en cuenta estos defectos.
