Nice and big 1 BR flat city center/near lake (D8)

A secret haven in the heart of Zurich Positive: The apartment is well lit, well heated, the water is hot and plentiful, the bed is very comfortable and the wifi works pretty well for a reinforced concrete structure ... so the place is great to live in, in a quiet neighbourhood, well served by both supermarkets and the tram. Negative: It is a pity there aren't more power outlets near the kitchen bench, or more room on the bench top, although otherwise the kitchen can be made to work very well. It was a little disappointing to discover that neither the range hood nor the dishwasher were working, but on past experience with the host this will be remedied quickly. Otherwise, nothing not to like!

Все великолепно. Одним утром у нас пропал свет, мы тут же созвонились, нашли говорящего по по-испански сотрудника, и он Positive: Шикарная квартира, хорошее расположение, было очень тепло, хороший напор воды в душе, вся техника работала. Огромные окна, очень светло и уютно . Negative: На раскладном диване не очень удобный матрас.

Positive: The location was very convenient, 15 min walk to the center, perfectly connect by public transport. The apartment itself is pretty spacious. There are all the most critical appliances and gadgets. The house is close to the road so it’s a bit noisy, it was fine for us. However smth to consider if a quiet location plays a role for you. It was easy to check in and check out. The hosting agency was very responsive. Negative: The apartment was poorly cleaned. It seemed like the cleaning had been done weeks before our arrival. The floor was dirty, dust not wiped, there was one dish washer capsule and one trash bag for a 10-day stay. We found hairs on the window seal, old paper in the armchair. After the request, the cleaning lady was arranged quickly, however she was not thorough at all and cleaned the whole apartment in 15 min. So the issues must be with the cleaning company taking care of the apartment. The WiFi was not working but it was fixed the following morning.
