Disappointing stay Positive: - Negative: Our experience with this accommodation was unacceptable, stressful, and completely unprofessional, mainly due to the host's attitude and behavior and the poor condition of the premises. On the day of arrival, despite the confirmed reservation, it was not possible to check-in. The host did not respond to phone calls or messages in a clearly urgent situation. There was a serious problem with access and keys, with no immediate or meaningful support, resulting in us having to pay and stay elsewhere. We finally got in touch the next morning, but there was no apology or real concern about the inconvenience we'd gone through. On the same day, we managed to enter the accommodation, but the picture we saw was disappointing and unacceptable. There was extensive dirt and lack of cleanliness in many parts of the house, such as: 1) headboard 2) walls 3) curtains 4) balcony 5) general appearance of neglect This situation did not correspond to the description or our expectations. The only real interest from the host was shown at the time of our departure, when we were asked to leave a positive review (10/10), which, based on my own experience, raises serious questions about the reliability of existing reviews. Be very careful. I would not recommend it to anyone and would never choose it again.

Appartement spacieux et 2 belles chambres Positive: Super emplacement. Gare à proximité . Idéale pour se rendre à pied dans le centre de Zürich . Interlocuteur très réactif et disponible. Indications claires . La literie est de bonne qualité. Le linge de lit et serviette à disposition. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses nous permettant de placer notre lit parapluie pour enfant. Negative: L'appartement est grand et bien agencé. L'accès se fait très simplement et sur une plage horaire 15h 21h. Nous avons profité de la ville à pied. Nous avons garé notre véhicule à Hurlinmann area. Très pratique avec réservation d'emplacement pour la durée souhaitée. Nous avons apprécié l'équipement, sèche linge , lave linge, lave vaisselle (avec quelques pastilles) du sel... Nous avons trouvé l'endroit calme et agréable même avec des enfants en bas âge.
