Fantastic 2 BR flat near to the lake (D10)

Allotjament agradable i cómode. Positive: Ben situat a prop del llac i bona comunicació amb el transport públic. Negative: Lloc sense aparcament al carrer, amb la única opció de pàrking de pagament.

Thank you for hosting us! We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the spacious flat and convenient location. We apprec Positive: The flat was spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us. The location was also very good close to the shopping street and the lake. Negative: One thing to keep in mind during summer is that it’s on the top floor and there is no air conditioning, so it can get quite hot. Also, a few basic essentials such as shampoo, body wash, cooking oil, salt and pepper were missing.

Positive: Lage super, Ausstattung grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Negative: Es fehlen definitiv eine oder zwei Klimaanlagen. Wir waren in einer Hochhitzephase vor Ort und die Wohnung ist im obersten Stockwerk. Es waren Ventilatoren vorhanden und das hat absolut nicht geholfen. Es war schier unmöglich zu schlafen, weil es so extrem heiß war.

Großartige Wohnung im Zentrum von Zürich Positive: Eine sehr nette Wohnung - bei der vor allem die Lage gefällt. Zum See (und hier gleich zur Badewiese) sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuß; in das Zentrum von Zürich (Oper) knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß - und das entlang am großartigen See. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, groß genug für 4 Personen. Der Verkehrslärm ist im straßenseitigen Schlafzimmer zu hören - aber, man ist ja in einer Großstadt also muss man damit rechnen. Die Lage mach das wieder wett. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ausgezeichnet, unkompliziert und wertschätzend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Hans Negative: es gibt nichts auszusetzen

Heerlijke short stay in een super stad op een geweldige locatie. Positive: De locatie! Echt geweldig. Dicht bij het meer, co-op on de hoek, net als tram. Maar je loopt makkelijk langs het meer naar het centrum. En zeer de moeite waard.
