cozy, and comfortable — just like home. The location was perfect, with the tram nearby and the city centre easy to reach Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It’s in a great location — very close to the tram only 5 minutes walk and easy to reach the city centre. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my holiday. The area felt safe and convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The owner was very nice and helpful, which made check-in and the whole stay super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! Negative: None

A disappointing experience in terms of customer service. Positive: The flat was relatively clean overall, it is nicely located, in a quiet neighborhood, and the host was polite in correspondence. Negative: Let's see, where do I begin: - Asked for an early check-in the day before arrival as our flight arrived at 06:30am and check-in was at 3pm, room was available, was still asked to pay 100CHF (I repeat, despite the flat being unrented the day before). Note: also asked for late check-out as we were expected to leave at 10am and our flight was at 10pm, so charged another 100CHF for that, but not complaining for this one as I think it's reasonable. But the 110 EUR for an early check-in is a first for me. - Instead of arranging to have the keys delivered to us on site or have them available in the key box, I was asked to walk for 20 min from the property to the company's office to pick up the keys at 08:30am when they opened, and then walk back another 20 min to the property. - We were greeted by two lovely spiders in the bathroom, and an empty haribo container on the window ledge of one of the bedrooms. - Balcony furniture were nowhere to be found, which was misleading as photos showed table/chairs. This was important for me being a smoker. The owner did ask to bring in furniture after I made a comment by message to be fair. - I then asked for an extra set of towels, as we had a set (body/face) for each person, and it was a bit tight for a 4-night stay, to which I was told that providing extra towels would cost 15 CHF per body/face set! - After this, I asked the owner not to bring towels and not to bring in furniture while being out of the flat, and they still entered the flat to bring in the furniture without my approval to enter. No idea if that's their right, but I would imagine that if a tenant asks someone not to enter, they would respect that. - As the final note, I received an automated message asking us to only leave a review if it would be a 10/10, and to just send a personal message if we were not satisfied as this could affect their bookings! No wonder the property has a high mark!
