Sunny and quiet 1BR flat city center (Parkview 5)

اقامه رائعه شقه وسيعه منطقه امنه استجابه من صاحب/ة المكان و تعاون ممتازين Positive: وسيعه و ف منطقه امنه و حولها كل الاحتياجات من بقالات و محلات قهوه الترام قريب منها تقريباً 4 د مشي للوصول له مقابل العماره على طول و منه للسنتر و غيره حولي ربع ساعه فقط، الاسره نظيفه و مريحه جدًا Negative: تحتاج صيانه و نظافه وقائيه. الارضيه تطلع صوت خفيف و بعض الصبغ مايضر و بعض التعليمات مثل استخدام شتر الشبابيك و الواي فأي ماتضر بعد

Positive: La casa e' molto spaziosa, situata in un bel quartiere. Eravamo con due bimbi che hanno dormito nel divano letto in sala. Siamo sati solo 2 notti ma la casa permetteva un soggiorno molto più lungo (cucina ben attrezzata, lavastoviglie, microonde ecc.). Negative: Nel quartiere è difficilissimo parcheggiare: abbiamo trovato un parcheggio a pagamento (4 minuti a piedi) del supermercato COOP. La palazzina tuttavia ha molti posti auto, quindi abbiamo sostato qualche minuti lì davanti per scaricare i bagagli.

Buena relación calidad - precio. Positive: Sitio tranquilo, con un parque delante. Muy buena localización y atención excepcional. Tanto los supermercados como el transporte están a 2 minutos del apartamento. Negative: Necesita, en algunos aspectos, alguna actualización, pero en general muy bien.

Excellent for families Positive: I stayed here with my wife and two young children and was extremely satisfied. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. In terms of location, it was within walking distance of many iconic landmarks. There’s also a lovely park for children right next to the property. Parking is available for those travelling by car. There are two large supermarkets just a few minutes’ walk away. Apart from all this, the host, Dimi, was very attentive and helpful. Before check-in, he explained in detail how we would collect the keys. He helped us with an early check-in. Unfortunately, we somehow lost the bag containing our passports whilst heading from the flat to the train station. Whilst dealing with the official paperwork at the police station, we rang Dimi to explain the situation. I was quite surprised by how fluently he spoke Turkish, which made it much easier for me to express myself. A short while later, Dimi rang me to say he’d found a note indicating where the bag was and gave me directions. Thanks to his dedication, we were able to continue our journey from where we’d left off. If I ever come to Zurich again, this is an apartment I’d stay in without a second thought.
