Cozy, sunny, city center 1BR flat (Marble 3)

Positive: Overall i rate it 10 and recomended. Location: Exactly 2 min from a tram station. Very easy access. Trains come almost every 3 min. Perfect when with luggage. Reach: Walking is also easy. 20 min walk to the lake or Operahouse. 30 min to old town. Food: Bahor grocery (Tesco style) is 5 min walk. Has it all. Eat: Local bakery is right across the street. Good coffee and bakery. Few restaurants nearby. Never been there. Appartment: Aprt is spacious. Easily feets 2 couples or a family of 4. Definitely better than hotel ( 2 rooms). Cooking: Good kitchen. Big fridge. Big table in the leaving room to fit 4 people for an evening dinner. Has all you might need. Bed/Sleep: no AC, but has fans. It was 35+ but was just fine with the fans. Bad linen is clean and soft. Bed medium size. (Queen size). Leaving room expandable sofa. Good size. Balcony: small balcony with good backyard view. Water: pressure is strong. Hot water hot. Negative: Not a dislike, but reasonable overview to manage expectations. The appartment is very clean. Though don't expect extreme 5star hotel style rooms. Its a reasonable well maintained appartment. Some minor flows: pillow is very/too soft. Some old furniture scratches here and there, but clean. There are 2 sm intra room floor edges. But one can get used to these very quickly. Shower holder was leaking.

Bright and airy with a great view, exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a kitchen, a beautiful Positive: A fantastic guesthouse/apartment. Bright and airy with a great view, exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a kitchen, a beautiful and quiet environment, and conveniently located next to a supermarket and bus station. Just two or three stops away are three churches (including the one in Zurich) and the old town. A wonderful homestay experience, thank you very much.
