Terrific studio in the city center, sunny (Sun 2)

Positive: O apto é muito bom. Espaço adequado. Boa cozinha e uma ducha excelente. Negative: O quarto não estava devidamente limpo. Tinham teias de aranhas que certamente eram antigas. Eu não fui informado que por tratar-se de andar térreo e ter uma vegetação a frente, haveria a possibilidade de encontrar insetos. Haviam algumas aranhas no quarto, sendo uma delas não tão pequena.

I would have rated 10/10 if not because of the pillows quality and took one day to provide another set of towel. We Positive: Location, studio is very clean, clear instructions given prior to check in, prompt and responsive update and communication Negative: The pillows provided are extremely soft. They should not be considered as pillows. It doesn’t’ provide any support to your neck at all. My wife has a neck pain after sleeping for a few hours and has to take pain killer to relief her neck pain. I have read a few similar reviews about the pillows but still decided to book due to the location plus the company committed to improve, but sadly the issue remains unsolved. The property management company needs to take the feedback positively and replace with good quality pillows.

Très beau studio à proximité de la gare. Positive: Studio très confortable à 3 stations de tram de la gare centrale. Propreté impeccable. Calme. Terrasse avec verdure. Idéal pour visiter Zürich. Negative: Tout était parfait ! Aucun problème.

Excellent Positive: Location Negative: Could have a few more pillows for the bed

Perfect easy as communicated. Positive: Easy and straight forward friendly communication, good location, nicec terrace, clean, nice shower all working well, Everthing was as announced and clearly communicated step by step. Negative: All was good - only improvement I would see possible is to have some minimum consumables available - like Shampoo, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Tea and Nescafe as I was travelling on weekends and most shops are closed on Sunday. But this is not a critic just a hint to be considered to make the stay even better, easier for the guest. KR, Andreas
