Comodo y suficiente Positive: La ubicación y la tranquilidad del lugar Negative: Falta una cortina de baño a la ducha

Positive: We had a great stay at this apartment. It is surprisingly spacious for a studio, making it very comfortable. The fan was a great addition and especially useful on hot days. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the balcony was an excellent place to relax. The building also has an elevator, which made carrying luggage much easier. Dimi was a great host—very accessible, responsive, and always willing to help whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again. Negative: The only minor downside is that the apartment is not located right in the city center. However, it is within easy walking distance, so getting to the main attractions is quick and convenient.

Positive: Istruzioni chiare e semplici per il self check-in. Appartamento pulito e luminoso come da foto. Wifi veloce. Negative: Il proprietario chiede esplicitamente tramite messaggio di dare voto 10, ma io penso che la valutazione debba essere obbiettiva. Detto questo, mancano tende oscuranti e la mattina presto entra un sacco di luce. Altra criticità il materasso, davvero troppo morbido.

Great apartment located in the heart of town Positive: Great apartment well located on third floor (access by lift) close to the centre of town. Located in the art district was great as it was quiet. We were comfortable with all facilities. Negative: Not really a bad thing, but more to note the bathroom was small and no curtain on shower. Made it difficult to shower as only hand held available
