Stylish 1BR near lake and Opera (Flower 52)

Clean but very hot! Positive: Place was clean Negative: No air conditioner. It was unbearably hot inside! Also, had to climb up 5 floors plus the ground stairs to reach apartment.

It was a good stay overall, very clean , modern and nice apt, some minor stuff as a feedback to the host Positive: It is big apartment, nice neighbourhood, last floor , with 2 huge terraces and the view on the roofs , located 5 ‘ from Opera and the lake . Really beautiful Negative: There were no shower supplies, even the soap to wash the hands. It was noted but anyway uncomfortable We expected 2 beds done , as it was mentioned 1 bed in the bedroom and sofa bed . But it wasn’t , and we didn’t find linen for the second . No blackout curtains, too light to sleep No a/c , it was hot but it’s not so often in Zurich

Emplacement idéal, confort intérieur Positive: L' emplacement 😍, proche du lac 👍 , des commerces , des supermarchés, les transports publics🚂. facile de accès depuis la gare centrale, le train 15 et le 11 direction Tiffenbrunem, L' appartement est très confortable, canapé lit confortable et avec deux balcons idéal pour prendre le petit déjeuner dehors. La cuisine bien équipée, séparation entre le salon et les autres pièces avec des portes coulissantes des deux côtés devient une chambre à part entière offrant la possibilité de 4 couchages. 👍 Topissime. Negative: Les deux balcons c'était une vraie surprise 😍 mais beaucoup de vis à vis il faudrait avoir des plantes ou un brise vue pour le confort extérieur, je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner l' aspirateur pour le nettoyage. ,Ni l internet. 🤷

The apartment is extremely comfortable and the staff is very professional, kind and helpful. Positive: A fantastic, very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. It also comes with ironing facilities, which is rare in Switzerland. The overall impression is fresh, quiet and peaceful. The greatest convenience is two clean bathrooms and two large terraces. A very efficient and effective system for closing blinds on all windows. Negative: Not enough towels and not washed enough, but luckily on the same street there is a shop with the best Swiss towels. There were no basic shower cosmetics, not even a single bar of soap. There is very kitschy painting on the walls that does not fit the apartment or the neighborhood at all.
