Executive 1BD flat / city center (Hösch 3)

Positive: Awesome location. Walk to the lake and restaurants.

Positive: The main advantage of this apartment is its location, in a pleasant area near the lake, though somewhat distant from the city center. Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The listing advertised a king-size bed, but the bed provided was closer to a queen size. Since this was a key factor in our booking, we asked for an extra sheet to use the sofa bed, but the host refused, stating we had booked a queen bed, despite the listing claiming a king bed. The apartment was also extremely hot, with only two fans for cooling. We left them running when we went out, but they were off when we returned. The host later said it was due to a timer, but one of the fans was mechanical and had no timer, so we were left uneasy about whether someone entered the apartment. The apartment stayed very hot despite cooler outdoor temperatures. Amenities were minimal—only toilet paper and a small bar of soap. Additionally, two of the three floor lamps in the living room did not work. We left one day before checkout and the host was aware and agreed and then we had to book alternative accommodation at an additional CHF 450. After contacting Booking.com, the host offered a CHF 79 refund, which did not cover the additional expenses or disruption to our stay.

Başarılı Positive: Detaylı bilgilendirmeler ve iletişim çok başarılı. Herşey planlandığı ve bilgilendirmelerdeki gibiydi. Wi-fi ve internet mevcut. Tesisin konumu da gayet iyi. Merkezde olmamasına rağmen Tramway çok yakın, 11 ve 15 numaralı hatlar ile şehir merkezine 15 dk. da gidiliyor Sakin sessiz. Aile için uygun. Mutfak donanımı oldukça yeterli. 40 - 50 mt. Mesafede bukunan COOP ve Migros marketlerde her şeyi bulabilirsiniz. Prizler biraz farklı ancak standart şarj aletleri gibi fişlere uyumlu. Negative: Banyoda duş jeli, şampuan vb yok. Sadece 2 adet minik otel sabunu vardı. 4 ya da 5 yıldız otel olmasa da en azından 1 seferlik de olsa minik bir şampuan şık olabilirdi. Klima yok, odalarda portatif vantilatör var. Çok sıcakta biraz sorun olabilir.

It is more than alright Positive: Location wise it is good, in 110 zone. It has just what you need for couple of night of stay..The utensils and appliances are adequate. Negative: Old furnitures and you will get a smell from it and it is in the main kitchen area mostly. The annoying part is an email notification from the property manager to put a rating of 10. Email is long enough to create a pressure to the guests. I felt it. If a property like this charges with this amount of money per night and facility and looking for rating 10, then it is a disrespect to other really beautiful apartments!
