Very spacious studio / city center (Parkview 4)

Positive: Cada habitación del departamento es amplia y cómoda. El refrigerador es grande, y tiene freezer también. El barrio es hermoso, con muchos comercios cerca, y se puede ir caminando al Lago o al centro de la ciudad, además tiene una estación de tren a 500mts, y diversas lineas de Tram.

Positive: Excellent location for groceries,restaurants,trams and buses Negative: Could have done with a fan for hot days

Positive: Everything was perfect and as described and in a great location, very convenient to public transport and the city center. I would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment with space for improvement in hospitality Positive: The house was quite nice, clean and in a very nice area. Also suitable for longer stays as it is large and has itself all necessary elements. The property itself was very good. Negative: The sense of hospitality by the (otherwise very responsive) owner was completely off. There were absolutely no consumable items for the guests, apart from a small soap on the sink. Not even a small shampoo for a shower. We arrived after a very long trip and couldn’t take a proper shower, unless we went to the supermarket, while we were not notified that basic amenities are unavailable. Luckily, supermarkets were open but what if someone arrives on a Sunday or an evening? Another example: there were only two glasses in the cupboard. There was not even a toothbrush holder in the bathroom or a bottle of water in the fridge. We were practically only given one trash bag. Finally and importantly, there was absolutely no flexibility as regards the time of check in (3 pm) and check out (10 am), which resulted in roaming the streets Finally: proper ratings shall be based on independent opinions and reviews.
