Tilava ja kaunis huoneisto lähellä keskustaa.
Positive: Erittäin tilava huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla lähellä keskustaa, mutta kuitenkin rauhallisella paikalla. Kaunis oleskelutila ja parveke avautuu mukavasti kadun ja urheilupuiston kulmaukseen.
Negative: Keittiön astianpesukoneen etulevy oli asennettu niin, että koneen olisi voinut helposti rikkoa varomattomalla käytöllä eikä kone avautunut kokonaan.

Positive: Spacious, clean and in an excellent neighborhood. Tram right below and easy to get everywhere. Enough supplies in the kitchen to make meals in as well.
