Negative: Refurbishment of the apartment is long overdue. Completely worn out doors and furniture, rust at the heating, walls with visible large stains. Bad smell inside

We would definitely stay there again for location, price and cleanliness.
Positive: Excellent location, very clean, large bedroom and lounge room is also very large and perfect as a 2nd bedroom. Kitchen is small but has everything you need to make a simple breakfast.

Positive: GESUNDHEITSGEFAHR!!!VORSICHT SCHIMMEL!!!!!!!!! Die gesamte Wohnung hat mehrere Schimmelherde - INSBESONDERE IM SCHLAFZIMMER!! - wir haben dies dem Vermieter ca 9 Min nach Einzug gemeldet, unsere Meldung und Rückerstattungsanfragen wurden mehrfach einfach IGNORIERT!!
