Charming 1BR flat in the city centre (West9)

A well-located and generally nice apartment, but the host’s communication style and some basic missing items negatively Positive: The location of the apartment was very good. It was easy to access the city center and public transportation. The apartment itself was generally well equipped, functional, and suitable for a short stay. Overall, the condition of the flat and the furniture was good. Negative: Unfortunately, we had some negative experiences regarding the host’s communication and service approach. When we mentioned that the pillows were uncomfortable, instead of offering a helpful solution, we were told that new pillows could only be provided for an additional delivery fee. There was also no plug adapter in the apartment, which would have been useful for international guests. In addition, only one trash bag was provided for a 5-day stay, which was not sufficient. Another issue was the host’s message asking us to leave a 10-star review and to contact them privately instead of mentioning any negative points publicly. This made us uncomfortable. While the apartment itself and its location were good, the host’s attitude and lack of attention to basic guest needs negatively affected our stay.

Everything was great, no complaints. Positive: Location, size, amenities, communication with the property all was good. There is a restaurant with a black cat as a logo on the left hands corner when you exit the building, go there it’s very good food at a good price considering Zurich prices. Negative: Nothing.
