Très pratique
Positive: Emplacement très pratique, à 3 arrêts de tram de la gare principale et l'arrêt de tram est devant l'immeuble. Le studio est bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Communication très facile, sympathique et réactive.
Negative: Lit un peu trop mou pour moi. Beaucoup trop chaud dans le studio (alors qu'il faisait env. 4° dehors), probablement impossible à régler individuellement pour chaque appartement, alors j'ai dormi avec une fenêtre entrouverte, un très gros gaspillage - et on entend évidemment les trams dans la rue quand la fenêtre est ouverte.
