Excellent!! Positive: Excellent Location and clean property. We had great 2 days in the property . All tourist places are within walking distance from property!!

Cute place, disappointing experience Positive: Great location. Quiet street, steps away from all the bars and restaurants. Close to public transportation. Cute apartment, nice outdoor space. Negative: No AC and the fans weren't enough during the heatwave. Pillows on the bed are not supportive. No hot water for 3 days, so we took frigid showers, unable to properly wash clothes or dishes. Loud construction in the building in the morning. Property manager offered a ridiculous 60 chf refund, only after I complained to booking.com, even though they claimed to have sent one days before. I declined.

Evelyn&family United Kingdom Positive: We liked the Charming 1 BD flat.Vwry closed proximity to all amenities in Zurich City.Located in old town with all the convenience of public transport.Very quite area and we feel safe walking at night stroll.Lovely place and very spacious. Negative: All good.

Great apartment in the old town for easy access to siightseeing, food and transportation Positive: The location was fantastic in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of the old town. Access to trams within a 5 to 6 min walk, close to main train station too. Lots of cute shops, cafes, and restaurants within a few minutes walk in all directions. Large modern apartment on the ground floor was suitable for us as a family, and we had lots of space to live comfortably for our stay. The most important factor for us is that it was a relaxing stay and not stressful in any way, with very easy check-in and check out. Negative: The disposal of segreagated waste which is a problem we have found throughout Switzerland. Each city has different rules and its a bit confusing.
