Amazing studio in the city centre (Art 10)

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder in dieses super Apartment! Positive: Die Lage war super, direkt neben dem Schauspielhaus und dem Kunsthaus, und trotzdem total ruhig! Das Bett war sehr neu und bequem und die Küche wunderbar eingerichtet. Es war alles wunderbar! Negative: -

Basic rather than 'Amazing'! Positive: Quiet locality . Easy check-in. Location handy for trams. Lift up to room. . BBC World News on TV. Very clean Toaster Storage Negative: Kitchen hardly a full kitchen with no microwave and only limited utensils! Missing a sink plug so Wasing dishes awkward. No pot suitable for the oven. Apartment described as 'cosy' 'charming' etc but only basic and functional in our opinion. Could easily make it more comfy and welcoming with e.g sofa cushions, comfortable chairs (not just hard bar stools with no back) , shower gel./basic toiletries to start with, more info about getting around, cruises etc. (We left our brochures to help the next guests.) Shower a small square base with only shower curtain surround . Deck furniture metal and wood chairs and table without cushions, not as in photos shown.

Great stay in Zürich Positive: The apartment was everything we needed for our stay. It was well located in a quiet area but an easy walk to the Old Town and lake, and also near the train station and trams. Dimi was a great and communicative host and we were able to check in easily. The apartment was cosy but more than enough space for our weekend. We did not use the kitchen but did enjoy sitting on the balcony with a beer. We visited during a heatwave and the fan was a lifesaver. Negative: We would have appreciated toiletries in the bathroom, especially shower gel

Der Vermieter hat mich über den Zustand des Appartements getäuscht. Die im Inserat enthaltenen Fakten und Bilder stimmten nicht mit der tatsächlichen Situation vor Ort überein. Kurz vor meinem Aufenthalt kontaktierte mich der Anbieter und buchte mich unter dem Vorwand, das es sich 1:1 um ein identisches Appartement handelt, um. Vor Ort stellte ich fest, das überhaupt kein Balkon vorhanden war und die Lage statt auf der ruhigen Rückseite genau zur anderen Hausseite, nämlich direkt an einer extrem viel befahrenen Straße gelegen war. Die Fenster in der Wohnung schließen nicht dicht, so dass man den ganzen Tag und die Nacht über einem entsetzlichen Lärm ausgesetzt ist. Unter Vortäuschung falscher Tatsachen wurde ich in ein anderes Appartement umgebucht. Diesen Anbieter kann man auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen.
