Fantastic studio in the city centre (Art 8)

Negative: pas de dosettes de café, ni de thé, un peu dommage, le code wifi pas bon, obliger de deranger le proprio, et enfin amener un masque pour la lumiere matinale, les volets n'occultent pas bien la luminosité

Positive: Alles war perfekt. Von Dimi haben wir alle Informationen rechtzeitig bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt nah dem Stadtzentrum. Sie war modern und sehr sauber. Wir werden sie unseren Bekannten empfehlen. Negative: -

Good location, nice apartment, unpleasant hosting Positive: Excellent location and a decent size by Zurich standards. Had a good bed, equipped kitchen and a small fridge in dire need of a good freezer cleaning. Good towels and clean linen. Balcony. Quiet inner courtyard even though we were close to a busy street. Bring shampoo and soap if you want to take a shower. Negative: Hospitality is the art of making people feel welcome and this experience was anything but. Our host had a set of rules - no sms, no whatsapp (ever), no calling after 9 pm. In my 20+ years of international travel, this was a first. Whenever I dared ask one question, I got shut down with the the "as per instructions" response. As a result, I was intimidated and did not dare ask where the advertised washing machine and dryer were, for example. Not in this apartment to be sure. To boot, as we were moving in, someone popped their head from the apartment NEXT door, took a good look at my partner and I and closed the door WITHOUT saying who they were. If I was traveling alone, I would have been very unsettled. The longest message I received from our host was instructions not to leave him anything below a 10 as a review. It is these 10 point reviews with no explanations that got us to book this apartment to begin with so I am trying to right a wrong here.
