Charming Riverside Studio - Stork 41

Zurich stay Positive: Great location close to the river with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Short walk to the lake. Negative: Wifi was not working even with instructions from host. There were no drapes or shutters, just a sheer curtain that let in heat and light. There was no table and chairs which were pictured in booking.

Positive: Die Lage des Appartments ist ausserordentlich. Wir waren im Stork 41, also im 4 Obergeschoss untergebracht, was die Lautstärke der Fussgängerzone im Rahmen gehalten hat. Negative: die erwähnten Verdunklungsvorhänge waren nicht vorhanden, was dazu führte, dass wir lediglich weiße Gardinen vor den Fenstern hatten, die keinerlei Verdunklungseffekt hatten. Das war jetzt Mitte Mai schon recht nervig, gerade am Morgen, wenn die Sonne bereits vor halb 6 aufgeht - zudem ist auch in der Nacht durch die Lage keine wirkliche Dunkelheit vorhanden. Ebenfalls fehlte die auf den Bildern vorhandene Kaffeemaschine - lediglich ein Wasserkocher war vorhanden.

Good location, decent room. Positive: - Easy and flexible check-in. - Nice and accommodating host that responds quickly. - Lovely location. - Had most amenities. - Overall it was pretty clean. Negative: - Plates and cups weren't cleaned well. Plates had crumbs on them and the cups and plates had sticker residue on the sides or in the bottom. - Internet didn't work the first two days, and although we were offered to use a different one at that point, we had already been without it so long that we had had to buy more data instead. They were really helpful, it was just unfortunate that it took so long and that we weren't prepared better, so this doesn't impact the rating for us. - Windows and walls were very thin. - There were only thin curtains, so the sun would blind you in the entire room. Would have been nice with an option to block it out or at least dampen it a bit. - There is no place to sit and eat. Could have done without the TV and TV stand, and have a small table or chair instead. - Kettle, but no coffee or tea. - Fridge would turn off in the middle of the night, so we had to plug it in a different power outlet. It started working again before we left, but we generally had an issue with the power outlets that would stop working, and none of our chargers could fit in the extensions. - Host would respond in German half the time and told us he wanted only a 10-star review despite knowing the stay didn't go perfectly as planned. We were asked to be fair and we think we have, but this really didn't sit well with us.

Excelente ubicación Positive: El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios Tiene un microondas, pava electrica, nevera y utensillos de cocina lo cual te permite hacer algunas comidas Las instrucciones del check in muy bien, no tuvimos problemas para localizar el apartamento ni para entrar El agua caliente sale muy bien Negative: La distribucion de los muebles y el poco espacio hacia dificil estar comodos. La puerta del armario al estar pegada al televisor era muy incomodo abrirla Las cortinas no son blackout por lo cual a la mañana temprano entra mucha luz El colchon nos parecio incomodo y la almohada muy blanda Como recomendacion deberia de haber un enchufe en el baño y agregar una taza, solo habia una
