It was pleasant but nothing is ever perfect, I guess I would definitely come back. Positive: Its location is perfect! Close to everything. Negative: -I know I not usually hot in Zurich, but they need to begin to o have air conditioning. - unfortunately for us elevator didn’t work and we were in the 4th floor, which made it difficult. -Maybe some shutters for privacy, since the buildings are to close each other we can see and others can see our room.

Positive: The location is supper centre of the city and its easy for transport and go to other places. Negative: There are no blind curtains for both windows, and we couldn't sleep properly and sunlight straight to the bed. Normally, tea,coffee, and milk powder provide,nothing was there. I noticed that the previous guest also mentioned the curtain. This should be done for future guests. But good communication with the landlord.

The location of the room was very good, but we experienced several problems during our stay. The alternative networks we were told to use also had very weak signals. As a result, we completed our stay without Wi-Fi. A technician visit was offered, but this issue should have been solved without requiring access to the room during our stay. There was no air conditioning in the room, so we had to keep the window open because of the heat. Because of this, there were insects and spiders in the room. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. When we asked about it, we were told that these items were not supplied, so we had to buy them ourselves. The building key and the room key were the same. This was concerning from a security point of view. The room layout was different from the photos. It was also quite small. There was only a thin curtain on the window. Previous reviews had mentioned this issue as well, but it has not been fixed. At the end of our stay, we received a message asking us to give a score of 10. The average rating on the website may therefore be misleading.

Zurich stay Positive: Great location close to the river with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Short walk to the lake. Negative: Wifi was not working even with instructions from host. There were no drapes or shutters, just a sheer curtain that let in heat and light. There was no table and chairs which were pictured in booking.
