Très bien Positive: Propre spacieux clair et en très bon état. Negative: RAS, mais il était un peu difficile à joindre le propriétaire au début, car il manquait un jeux de draps.

Positive: The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed linen was beautifully white and very comfortable, just like in a good hotel — a definite plus. The apartment is generally well equipped. The dishwasher came with several detergent pods, which was convenient. Everything was clean and well maintained. Negative: The apartment was perhaps too clean and sterile, to the point of feeling completely lacking in character. White walls, no artwork, no photographs — not even of Zurich — just completely bare walls. There was a coffee machine, but unfortunately no capsules were provided. Since there was no indication of which capsules were needed, I had to find out myself and then buy a whole pack just to make two or three coffees during the stay. A small detail, but easily avoidable. The lack of air conditioning was a major disadvantage. Ventilation is also limited because all the windows are on one side of the apartment, and one fan is simply not enough, especially in warm weather. The 10:00 a.m. check-out is unnecessarily early, with no possibility of an extension. Staying beyond that time incurs a CHF 100 charge per additional hour, which feels rather excessive. Even in major cities such as London or Paris, I have experienced much more flexible check-out arrangements. Overall, there is nothing fundamentally wrong with the apartment, but at almost CHF 200 per night, I expected considerably more — particularly in terms of comfort, atmosphere and guest-friendly policies

Positive: Отличное местоположение, приятная зеленая улица, чудесное кафе на углу, близко к достопримечательностям, озеру, причалу, железнодорожной станции. Чистое белье, ванная Дверца шкафа оказалась сломана, мы сообщили об этом владельцу, обещал починить. Negative: Это жилье сильно улучшил бы кондиционер!
