Positive: The location is excellent, and the apartment is very clean and well maintained. Check-in instructions are clear, and communication is smooth and efficient.

We regret booking this accommodation!!! Positive: There was absolutely nothing about our stay that we liked. If a friend asked me whether I would recommend this place, my answer would be an absolute NO! The room is extremely small, the bathroom is in poor condition, and the host is among the worst we have ever dealt with. The rating on Booking.com does not reflect the reality of the experience. All I can say is that choosing this property was a mistake. We would never book it again, and I would strongly recommend avoiding it. I would also suggest removing the word "Premium" from the property's name, as it is nowhere near a premium experience Negative: There are much better accommodation options in Zurich. Avoid this place. Ultimately, they send a message requesting a 10-point rating, under the pretense that a 9 constitutes a poor review. Our entire experience was highly unpleasant

Positive: Amazing location and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Negative: Shower doors didn’t close properly and it has no AC or even ventilation we had to initially get rid of a bad small upon arrival from this.

Positive: I really liked the accommodation. It was very convenient and easy to get around. There was a kitchen for cooking, and everything was great. 👍
