Central, Agradable - Atención al cliente deja qué desear. Positive: Era bonito, central, limpio y privado, además calientito durante el invierno; muy fiel a las fotos, pero es más pequeño de lo que parece, queda en un primer piso. Negative: El check in fue algo tortuoso porque el buzón donde se guardan las llaves estaba dañado, me tocó abrir cada buzón buscando las llaves hasta que por fin las encontré. Solicité cambio de fechas con varios días de anticipación y me respondieron un día antes de irme. Realmente dejando mucho qué desear.

Good and I will go again. Positive: Very very good location!! It’s very important! And I love it!

Perfect place for a short or long stay. Positive: It was a very nice and cosy place for 2 people. They have everything we need in the house (internet, tv, oven, nespresso machine, toaster, pans, kettle, cutlery, plates, mugs) and its very well situated, near the station. The host was attentionate and replied as soon as i texted or called him. We havent been bothered during the whole stay and at night, it was a very quiet area too. Definitely coming back here if i need to come to Zurich again. Negative: Nothing negative, just a point to be noted: they give you towels but you need your own shampoo-lotion-tooth brush-slippers etc.
